Delivery time: 2-8 business days depending on your city. Cost: Free delivery applies to orders of 35,000 KZT and above. When placing an order we will show you available clubs for pickup and the estimated delivery date. You have 15 days to collect your order from the store. All you need to do is show the order information page from the Shop section in the Invictus mobile app. If someone else collects the order for you, they must present an ID and a screenshot of the order information page from the Shop section of the Invictus mobile app. Depending on availability we may send your items in several shipments so you receive them as soon as possible.

Our staff will assist with the return and required paperwork. If the product was bought offline at a club, the return is processed at the same club. Items not eligible for return or exchange even if in perfect condition: underwear, hosiery, fabrics, metre goods, fur, carpets, etc. Under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, return/exchange of underwear and hosiery is generally prohibited.
