Kids trainings
by age

Programs are adapted to age
and fitness level. Trainings are divided by categories:

3–5 years:

Development of motor skills,
coordination,
through play

6–9 years:

Formation of strength,
flexibility, stamina

10–13 years:

Discipline, technique,
sports preparation

Soft surfaces, protected corners, cleanliness, and order. Parents can be calm for their child.
