Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a systematic method of complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. In the state between sleep and wakefulness, the body is in deep relaxation while awareness remains focused and the mind stays conscious. At this stage, work with the subconscious begins, and Sankalpa (a personal intention or resolve) is set. This practice helps balance the nervous system and release accumulated tension in the body. The session is accompanied by the sound of Tibetan singing bowls to support deep immersion.
