Gymnastic Stretch is a training that combines elements of artistic gymnastics and is designed to develop flexibility, joint mobility, and body plasticity. Unlike classic static stretching, it uses both active and passive stretching methods, as well as exercises focused on body control and coordination. The program includes: Dynamic warm-up and joint mobility work; Front and middle splits; Stretching of the back, shoulders, and chest; Gymnastic elements: bridges, kick-ups, balance poses; Strengthening of stabilizing muscles.
