CLO exchange and return policy • return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order • product must be in original condition with labels and tags intact • for return you will need ID, card and account details; proof of payment (purchase history in the app) Return conditions: • free - at Invictus Fitness Samal club • Almaty - 1,000 KZT • Kazakhstan - 2,500 KZT Exchange conditions: • free - at Invictus Fitness Samal club • Almaty - 2,000 KZT • Kazakhstan - 3,500 KZT If you bought the product online via the app, you can process a return at the reception of any Invictus Fitness or Invictus GO club. Our staff will assist with the return and required paperwork. If the product was bought offline at a club, the return is processed at the same club. Items not eligible for return or exchange even if in perfect condition: underwear, hosiery, fabrics, metre goods, fur, carpets, etc. Under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, return/exchange of underwear and hosiery is generally prohibited.
